Quinzio winw - Susamaniello:

comes from a variety of black grapes originating from the Puglia region. The size of the bunch is medium; its grapes are round and small and their color is an intense bluish-black, characterized by a high concentration of polyphenols and anthocyanins and a very low acidity. From this grape, full-bodied red wines are produced with an intense aroma and a flavor from which notes of black fruits, spices and a pleasant acidity stand out. The color is ruby ​​red with purple-red reflections. On the nose, there are fruity notes of plum, berries and red fruit jam, accompanied by spicy fragrances reminiscent of pepper and vanilla.

Polaris EVO Oil:

Polaris extra virgin olive oil features a varietal composition of Leccino and Cellina di Nardò olives. The oil is cold extracted from company olives harvested in mid-October and transformed into oil within 4 hours, stored in stainless steel silos and filtered before packaging. It is an intense yellow oil, with a slightly fruity scent and a sweet flavor with a light leafy aftertaste. Recommended for first and second courses based on fish, vegetables and boiled meats.

Sirius EVO Oil:

Sirius extra virgin olive oil has a varietal composition of Cellina di Nardò olives (20%) and Nociara + Frantoio (80%). The oil is cold extracted from company olives harvested in mid-October and pressed within 4 hours, stored in stainless steel silos and filtered before packaging. It is a medium intense oil with a fruity scent of fresh olive and herbaceous and a slightly bitter and slightly spicy taste. Recommended for fresh salads, vegetable purées, steamed shellfish, fish soups, meat and fish carpaccio, white meats, bruschetta and sauces.

Black olive paté 125 gr.:

Black olive pâté is a coarsely chopped mixture made without a combination of ingredients, but only with a skilful dosage of Apulian black olives which makes it fragrant and tasty. Excellent for quickly, even at the last moment, seasoning pasta and risotto in a tasty way. It goes well with croutons as an appetizer or snack, but is intended to enhance any dish it serves as a side dish.

Green olive paté 125 gr.

A coarsely chopped mixture made without a combination of ingredients, but only with a wise dosage of Apulian green olives which makes the pâté fragrant and tasty.
