Quinzio wine - Susamaniello:

comes from a variety of black grapes originating from the Puglia region. The size of the bunch is medium; its grapes are round and small and their color is an intense bluish-black, characterized by a high concentration of polyphenols and anthocyanins and a very low acidity. From this grape, full-bodied red wines are produced with an intense aroma and a flavor from which notes of black fruits, spices and a pleasant acidity stand out. The color is ruby ​​red with purple-red reflections. On the nose, there are fruity notes of plum, berries and red fruit jam, accompanied by spicy fragrances reminiscent of pepper and vanilla.

EXTRA' EVO oil:

The Extrà extra virgin olive oil enriched with vitamin E is made from Nociara, Frantoio and Coratina olives. The oil is cold extracted and has an intense green color with very light golden reflections, with a hint of exotic fruit and sweet almond and delicate spicy harmonic notes. This oil is suitable for roasted fish and meat equally.

Extrà extra virgin olive oil is enriched with vitamin E, which contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress; a dose of 20 g of oil (2 tablespoons) per day consumed raw as part of a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle provides approximately 30% of the recommended daily dose.

Italian extra virgin olive oil

Green olive paté 125 gr.:

A coarsely chopped mixture made without a combination of ingredients, but only with a wise dosage of Apulian green olives which makes the pâté fragrant and tasty. Excellent for quickly, even at the last moment, seasoning pasta and risotto in a tasty way. It goes well with croutons as an appetizer or snack, but is intended to enhance any dish it serves as a side dish.

Red pepper pâté 125 gr.:

Pepper pâté is a pleasantly colored chopped pepper based on peppers made with a careful dosage of seasoning. With a slightly spicy flavour, it has a consistency that can be felt under the teeth. It is an ideal side dish for hot and cold red meats and poultry. It can also be served as an appetizer or snack together with croutons of fresh or toasted bread or as a condiment for pasta or pizza.
