EXTRA' EVO oil:

The Extrà extra virgin olive oil enriched with vitamin E is made from Nociara, Frantoio and Coratina olives. The oil is cold extracted and has an intense green color with very light golden reflections, with a hint of exotic fruit and sweet almond and delicate spicy harmonic notes. This oil is suitable for roasted fish and meat equally.

Extrà extra virgin olive oil is enriched with vitamin E, which contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress; a dose of 20 g of oil (2 tablespoons) per day consumed raw as part of a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle provides approximately 30% of the recommended daily dose.

ORGANIC EVOO BIO':

BIO' organic extra virgin olive oil has a varietal composition of Frantoio and Leccino olives whose drupes are harvested and pressed separately to subsequently create a blend capable of giving a product with the characteristics reported below. Light green in colour, this oil is medium fruity with herbaceous hints, with an aftertaste of tomato and artichoke. Ideal when paired with raw salads of all kinds, legumes, roast fish and meat in equal measure.

Black olive paté 125 gr.:

Black olive pâté is a coarsely chopped mixture made without a combination of ingredients, but only with a skilful dosage of Apulian black olives which makes it fragrant and tasty. Excellent for quickly, even at the last moment, seasoning pasta and risotto in a tasty way. It goes well with croutons as an appetizer or snack, but is intended to enhance any dish it serves as a side dish.

Green olive paté 125 gr.:

Red pepper pâté 125 gr.:

Pepper pâté is a pleasantly colored chopped pepper based on peppers made with a careful dosage of seasoning. With a slightly spicy flavour, it has a consistency that can be felt under the teeth. It is an ideal side dish for hot and cold red meats and poultry. It can also be served as an appetizer or snack together with croutons of fresh or toasted bread or as a condiment for pasta or pizza.
