Extra Virgin Olive Oil produced directly and entirely by our estate.
The name of the multivarietal oil (a blend of Leccino and local Brisighella) is dedicated to the historical name of the building in which the oil mill was installed, "Canovetta", and is presented to the public with an attractive package clearly inspired by chalk of the park in which it is produced. Also for this oil, the entire production cycle, therefore, develops internally: olives from our farms, mill on the estate and bottling on the farm. This oil has an excellent balance between fruity, bitter and spicy characteristics and with the pleasant perception of artichoke and grass.
