Its color is intense golden yellow with delicate green hues, it is rich on the palate with notes of tomato, white apple and hints of officinal herbs, such as basil and mint, with a powerful bitter taste and strong spicy.
It goes very well with dishes such as: Octopus appetizers, raw meat carpaccio with ovoli mushrooms, gratin tomatoes, grilled radicchio, artichoke purées, first courses with meat sauce, grilled tuna, red meats or roast game, aged pasta cheeses spun.
