Varierà typical of the province of Chieti, widespread in all the olive-growing areas of this territory, the single variety oil of Chieti is characterized by a medium fruity, herbaceous type, with hints of almond and artichoke. Notes of bitter and spicy of medium intensity; aftertaste of almond and artichoke.
Oil produced with olives from traditionally cultivated olive groves. The harvest and milling takes place in the first half of October: the yield of the olives in oil is extremely low (7/8%). All stages of production are traced and monitored.
