LAMIA extra virgin olive oil is a monovarietal produced with cold-pressed Nocellara del Belice. From the collection, at the end of September, an EVO oil is obtained which has a color from yellow to intense green and an acidity below 0.5%. On the nose, the extra virgin olive oil has a medium intensity olive fruitiness with notes of almond, green tomato, cut grass, artichoke and aromatic herbs. The taste is bitter, slightly spicy and with a hint of sweetness with a high content of polyphenols (340 mg/kg). In the kitchen, LAMIA extra virgin olive oil is excellent raw for seasoning soups, vegetables and salads, but also cooked it expresses all its quality with roasts and fries, both meat and fish.
