A coarse mince made without a combination of ingredients, but only with a skilful dosage of Apulian green olives which makes the paté fragrant and tasty. Excellent for quickly seasoning pasta and risotto in a tasty way, even at the last minute. It goes well with croutons as an appetizer or snack, but is intended to enhance any dish to which it accompanies.
