Frize are a typical Salento donut-shaped baked product made with "00" wholemeal wheat flour, oat flour and malted cereals.

Ingredients: "00" wholemeal soft wheat flour, oat flour, malted cereals, pumpkin and sunflower seeds, linseed, millet, sesame seeds, dried sourdough, salt, water, alpha amylase, E 300, yeast beer, sourdough, extra virgin olive oil, wine.

N.B. The product may contain traces of sesame, peanuts and other nuts. Eggs are used on the farm.
