TRIBOLI FARM
Fattoria Triboli is an organic farm located on the hills of Impruneta, in the heart of Tuscany. Our team is made up of dynamic young professionals with a common passion for olive growing and healthy, organic food. We produce a 100% Tuscan Extra Virgin Olive Oil in a sustainable way.
The Extra Virgin Olive Oil is cold extracted, within 4/5 hours of the olive harvest, directly in our latest generation Mori-Tem company mill. Filtering and storage in stainless steel drums contribute to the quality of our EVO Oil, preserving its freshness, concentration of aromas and nourishing properties over time. Through organic and regenerative agriculture practices, we increase organic matter in the soil, reduce CO2 emissions into the atmosphere and improve the soil's ability to retain natural water resources. We develop eco-friendly packaging solutions to minimize our footprint. A small gesture to fight climate change. The purpose that guides us is to contribute to the development of a more aware society thanks to the sustainable production of our products.
ORGANIC EVO OIL
To date, the company has about 5,000 olive trees of the typical Tuscan cultivars, leccino, frantoio and moraiolo. Our production is treated in detail from planting to bottling. The olives harvested from our lands are pressed during the day: as soon as they are picked they are taken to the mill so that they do not stay too long in the olive grove, thus avoiding premature fermentation of the fruit. In 2020 we installed a latest generation Mori-Tem oil mill, in order to cold extract an excellent quality olive oil. Cold extraction, filtering and storage in stainless steel contribute to the quality of the oil, preserving its freshness, concentration of aromas and nourishing properties over time. The bottles are made of 100% recyclable 18/10 stainless steel obtained from 60% recycled steel. In this way the nutritional and organoleptic properties of the extra virgin olive oil are maintained over time and it protects the oil from oxidation due to contact with light and oxygen. Our bottles can be filled with oil stored in bag in boxes: a way to avoid waste and reuse stainless steel bottles.
