This precious “CELLINO” extra virgin olive oil is obtained from organic olive growing. An oil rich in nutrients, with a light fruity flavor, with barely perceptible bitter and spicy hints and a scent of fresh vegetables, with a golden green color and a light fruity flavor. Olive oil obtained by mechanical procedures with cold extraction in a modern oil mill. Food pairings: meat, fish and boiled vegetables, crustaceans, molluscs, cold rice, fried food, fish and white meat carpaccio, fresh cheeses. Some connoisseurs recognize in the oil of this variety, especially in certain years, aromas of basil and mint, of artichokes and almonds.

From an organic olive growing, which follows rigorous paths of cultivation and production, we obtain this precious organic extra virgin olive oil "CELLINO", a source of Vitamin E and Biophenols. An oil free from defects and rich in nutrients, with a light fruity flavor, with barely perceptible bitter and spicy hints and a scent of fresh vegetables, with a golden green color and a light fruity flavor. Superior category olive oil obtained directly from olives and solely by mechanical means (Reg. CE 1019/2002, art.3). It is the result of accurate cultivation techniques integrated by mechanical harvesting and cold extraction in a modern oil mill. The recommended food pairings are: meat, fish and boiled vegetables, raw and cooked crustaceans, shellfish, cold rice, fried food, fish and white meat carpaccio, fresh cheeses, grilled fish.
