It is a lively and balanced Tuscan Extra Virgin Olive Oil of green color and is a wonderful blend of Frantoio, Morellino and Leccino olive cultivars.

On the nose

The Extra Virgin Olive Oil Maraviglia on the nose gives off an explosion of freshly cut grass, tomato, unripe almond and notes of artichoke.

Flavor

On the palate it has a vibrant and complex herbaceous taste, with hints of apple and unripe almonds. Its intense freshness soon evolves into a pleasant bitterness and a marked spiciness.

Pairings

Excellent on salads, rustic soups, roasted vegetables, grilled meat, on pasta, on beans or simply poured on a slice of crunchy bread.
