The extra virgin olive oil from the "TENUTA di SAN MICHELUZZO farm is obtained from the Nocellara del Belice, Tonda Iblea, Moresca and Biancolilla olive varieties grown and harvested by hand. The olives are transported to the mill within 12 hours and pressed immediately. afterwards with a mechanical crusher. The oil is cold extracted through a 2.5-phase decanter and stored in stainless steel tanks. After a natural decantation, the oil is bottled and packaged without being filtered. The oil has a very low percentage of acidity, a slightly fruity flavor, with very soft and delicate spicy and bitter peaks also suitable for children and is well suited for fish dressings, white meats, salads and cheeses.
