It is a medium intense oil with a fruity scent of fresh and herbaceous olives and a slightly bitter and slightly spicy taste.
Recommended for fresh salads, vegetable purées, steamed shellfish, fish soups, white meat and fish carpaccio, bruschetta and sauces.
