Cultivar of particular elegance and delicacy, the notes of fresh almond and green apple stand out on the nose with light sensations of artichoke. Flavors of imperceptible bitterness, light and persistent pungency come out on the palate. To be combined preferably raw on cooked or raw vegetables, meat, seafood tartare, seafood carpaccio, bruschetta.
