Made entirely by hand with only seasoned olive wood worked with epoxy resins suitable for contact with food, finished and calibrated on all sides, it is then perfected and polished with specific oils which enhance its grain and protect it from water and detergents used for its cleaning. It can be used both as a chopping board and as an elegant serving tray for cured meats, cheeses, grilled vegetables and even meat or hot foods. After use, it is recommended to wash it thoroughly without soaking it or in the dishwasher, dry it with a clean cloth. It is useful to treat it over time with a light layer of seed oils to obtain its original brilliance.
