EVOO - Extra Virgin Olive Oil Organic “Malvaso” - Multicultivar 100% italian
It is a blend obtained from the cold pressing of olives harvested from a small olive grove extending over the fertile and sunny hills of the Calabrian hinterland, cultivated with organic methods. Malvaso releases important organoleptic characteristics; it is a full-bodied fruity with notes of bitter and spicy in balance with each other. It is rich in polyphenols and tocopherols and has a very low acidity (less than 0.2). It has an intense golden yellow color with greenish reflections. It is stored in stainless steel containers and left to decant naturally in a cool, dark and dry room.
It is suitable both as a raw condiment and for the preparation of dishes that require an oil with a strong taste.

It is a blend obtained from the cold pressing of olives harvested from a small olive grove extending over the fertile and sunny hills of the Calabrian hinterland, halfway between the Ionian coast and the Sila massif, rigorously cultivated with organic methods. Synthetic fertilizers, herbicides and pesticides are not used, grassing is practiced (guarantees biodiversity, natural pest control and soil fertility) and fertilizers of biological origin are used. All production processes are controlled and certified by a certifying firm recognized by Mipaaf (Ministero delle politiche agricole alimentari e forestali).
Malvaso releases pleasant olfactory sensations and important organoleptic characteristics; it is a full-bodied fruity with notes of bitter and spicy in balance with each other, qualities increasingly appreciated by consumers attentive to the healthiness of food. It is rich in polyphenols and tocopherols and has a very low acidity (less than 0.2). It has an intense golden yellow color with greenish reflections.
It is stored in stainless steel containers and left to decant naturally in a cool, dark and dry room.
It is suitable both as a raw condiment and for the preparation of dishes that require an oil with a strong taste.
