The organic monovarietal Nocellara del Belice extra virgin olive oil "MURANIA" 500 ml. it has an intense green to yellow color with greenish reflections. Acidity below 5%. Medium fruity with intense hints of almond, green tomato, artichoke, freshly cut grass. The taste is strong with the right balance between bitter and slightly spicy. The “MURANIA” extra EVO oil can be used raw, to season vegetables, salads, soups, meat and fish, but also in cooking for soups, legume soups and for preparations based on oats, bread and pasta. Its high smoke point also allows it to be used for roasts and fries.

The taste is decisive, like the flavors of Sicily, with the right balance between bitter and slightly spicy. The “MURANIA” extra virgin olive oil produced with Nocellara del Belice can be used raw, to season vegetables, salads, minestrone, meat and fish. It can also be used for cooking soups, legume soups and for preparations based on oats, bread and pasta. Thanks to its high smoke point, it is also suitable for roasting and frying.
