Our extra virgin olive oil is an authentic jewel of the Iblei Mountains, produced in the heart of the Modica hills, in the Province of Ragusa. It is born from the harmonious combination of four varieties of olives: Verdesa, Moresaca, Biancolilla and Nocellara Etnea, all grown according to the principles of organic farming.
