Brisighella Extra Virgin Olive Oil, produced directly and entirely by our estate.
This oil is characterized by obtaining the Protected Designation of Origin "Brisighella", hence the name "D.O.P. di Brisighella", the first in Italy to obtain it. Also for this oil, the entire production cycle, therefore, develops internally: olives from our farms, mill on the estate and bottling on the farm. This oil has the specific characteristics of the specification that characterizes it: intense and delicate aroma with notes reminiscent of green artichoke and freshly cut grass.
