The green olives in brine of the intosso variety, from organic farming, are a product with a unique flavour, naturally good, 100% sustainable, from the land to the table.
The olives of the intosso variety, coming from Icea certified organic farming, are harvested when they are still green, exclusively by hand by detaching every single drupe from the tree. Subsequently, after having selected and calibrated them, they are debittered with the Sevillian method, subjected to washing, fermented and put in brine.
