Black Olive Patè has the intense flavor and typical aroma of ripe and black Intosso olives combined with olive oil.
The perfectly ripe and uniformly black olives, debittered in brine for a few months, are subsequently pitted, pressed and then added with extra virgin olive oil. Use: ideal for bruschetta, snacks, canapés, croutons but also for seasoning pasta and rice.
