Dressing with turnip tops: in a jar, a typically Apulian ready dish. The vegetables are cooked over low heat according to tradition, without ever turning but only by shaking them with oil, chilli pepper and chopped onion. The result is intended to enhance the dishes it accompanies (meat, cheese) or to accompany dry pasta, orecchiette in particular.
