Nose: Bouquet of rose and cyclamen, fresh and intense, intertwined with the juicy sweetness of strawberries, wild blackberries and pomegranate. An enveloping and persistent olfactory harmony.

Palate: soft and enveloping, with a delicate freshness that perfectly balances the alcohol content. A long and persistent finish enhances its elegance.

Training: Espalier pruned with spurred cordon
