VIN SANTO DEL CHIANTI DOC 750 ml. 2016-2017-2019

An amber-coloured Tuscan wine, which on the nose releases complex aromas of apricot, dried fruit, walnut and withered fig. On the palate it stands out for an excellent balance between sweetness, tannins and acidity, making it a wine of great elegance and with a capacity for long aging.

Pairings: perfect with blue and flowery cheeses, dry pastries and chocolate.

The Vineyards of Roncigliano

The Roncigliano vineyards represent an authentic mosaic of Tuscan tradition, embodying the essence of Tuscan wine and Chianti wine. Our vines, strictly native, tell the story and character of a unique territory. The rows of Sangiovese predominate, enriched by Canaiolo, Pugnitello and Malvasia Nera, which give our Italian wine an unmistakable identity. To make the most of the peculiarities of these grapes, fermentation takes place in steel vats, followed by refinement in small barriques and oak barrels. This process, which lasts about a year, gives our wine refined nuances and a distinctive character that only dedication and time can guarantee.
